Warranty Information

Dillon Manufacturing offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects within the normal scope of use. Dillon Manufacturing will repair or replace, at its discretion any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate utilization and if the product is still within the lifespan of the product. The term lifetime does not apply to the owner’s lifetime. Our product is not meant to last the lifetime of the owner but the lifetime of the product. For example, a Deer Blind that is used well for 15-20 years, is nearing the end of its lifetime. This deer blind has served its owner well and has lasted a long, hard 15-20 years in extreme weather conditions and at this point in its life, the deer blind may wear out and break down. We realize that our product gets used in some of the most extreme conditions but we do expect our deer blinds to keep up with their owner's needs during their allotted lifetime. When a product is past its lifetime and begins to break down or wear out; this is not a manufacturing defect but wear and tear as it has already lived a full, functional life. Dillon Manufacturing blinds are warrantied to the original retail purchaser and are non-transferable. The warranty does not cover damage due to high winds, extreme weather conditions, unattended use, or normal wear and tear.  Warranty will be void if the blind has been subject to improper installation, misuse, neglect, alteration, and improper maintenance or unauthorized attached parts.  Defective parts will be replaced or repaired at the manufacturer’s option if it’s determined to be defective. Each situation is different and is up to the discretion of Dillon Manufacturing to determine the lifespan of the deer blind and whether a deer bind has a manufacturing defect or if it is suffering wear and tear.  Customer warranty cannot be honored without an original dated receipt from an authorized dealer. In the case that a deer blind does have a manufacturing defect deemed by Dillon Manufacturing and is repairable, Dillon Manufacturing may choose to not replace but to repair the product free of charge. If a product is repairable, the customer will be instructed on how and where to ship the product. Dillon Manufacturing will repair the product free of charge and the customer will be responsible for shipping the deer blind to our warehouse and for the return shipping from our warehouse.
